Cancellation Policy

Booking & Registration Policy T1TAN USA Goalkeeper Summer Camps 1. Registration & Booking Registration for the T1TAN USA Goalkeeper Summer Camps is completed online through our official website. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment (or approved deposit, if applicable) has been received. Camp spots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars). Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and other options offered through our booking platform. Any transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 30 days or more before the camp start date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made 15–29 days before the camp start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made 14 days or less before the camp start date are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures. 4. Camp Changes & Cancellations by Organizer T1TAN reserves the right to modify camp schedules, locations, or coaching staff if necessary. In the unlikely event that a camp is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another camp date or location. 5. Transfers Camp registrations are non-transferable without prior written approval from T1TAN. Requests to transfer to another camp location or date must be made at least 14 days before the camp start date and are subject to availability. 6. Medical & Insurance Requirements Participants must be in good physical health and able to participate in high-intensity goalkeeper training. A completed medical and liability waiver is required before camp participation. Participants are responsible for their own health and accident insurance. 7. Code of Conduct All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other players. T1TAN reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate behavior without refund. 8. Media Release By registering, participants grant permission for photos and videos taken during the camp to be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing. 9. Governing Law These booking policies are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the state in which the camp is held
